Cambodia!!!!!
Cambodia!!!!! He was called to the Cambodia, Phnom Penh mission!!! His mission covers Cambodia and Vietnam & the language he will be learning in the MTC is Khmer, a.k.a. Cambodian. They speak several different languages in the areas he will be serving so he will most likely learn up to 4 different languages. They have a pretty warm & humid climate. They have a King and a Prime Minister. They eat A LOT of rice! Thats about all I've picked up so far but the more i read up on this place the more i realize how different it is from where we all live. It's amazing and beautiful and Kory is in for such an experience! So happy and excited for him! Oh, he reports to the MTC on June 25th. It's gonna go by sooooOOOOO fast!!!

Can you believe it? What an adventure he has in store!!! He will have quite the journey! And to be going to such a foreign, strange and colorful setting...WOW! I am so proud of him for making such a difficult decision, ya know...not sure that I could...I always wanted to serve a mission, but when it comes down to it...it takes a lot of faith and GUTS! Whether you are in the states or going some exotic place it takes great courage and this is flippin' AWESOME!
i am still in shock!! what a place!! it will be so interesting to hear about--he is seriously so handsome, love that picture of him---he will do awesome there!! when do you think his 'farewell' will be???
All I can say is WOW!! we are so excited for him. Can't wait for the farewell!
